We deliver solution of processing capability to maximize production of tonnages per batch.
Optimizing space utilization with massive processing capacity: modular equipment spanning pump-conveying, pre-cooling, grading, and quick-freezing processes is integrated in series within the hold, driving a substantial increase in processing tonnage.

Low-Damage and High-Efficiency Fluid Transport System
Losses during catch transferring are primarily caused by body abrasion injury during high-volume transport,with traditional mechanical conveying, such damage is unavoidable.
With low-pressure fluid channel conveying, utilizing vacuum pump system to complete high-volume catch transferring, minimizes hard-contact and surface injury to fish. The solution is flexibly adaptable to all production scenarios with defined This realizes high-batch raw material transferring, avoiding degrading losses from source.
Integrated Temperature Controlled Preservation: Combined RSW and Slurry Ice Chilling System
When high volumes of raw materials are loaded into the hold, traditional chilling methods are insufficient, leading to core temperature deviations that deteriorate fish quality and texture. CB integrates RSW technology with Slurry Ice systems.
RSW system utilizes a robust refrigeration cycle to provide pre-chilling to large capacity storage ,while the slurry ice system—characterized by its fine particles and immense heat-transfer surface area,provides total coverage of the fish, finally achieving rapid core temperature reduction.
Ensuring comprehensive temperature control throughout the entire processing chain to preserve premium fish quality. This significantly reduces the cooling load on downstream plate freezers, directly reducing overall energy consumption for the factory.
Flexible Grading and Buffer Regulation System
Constraints from site space and the practical requirement for multi-species shared-line processing are irreconcilable contradictions for traditional fixed processing lines. We customize the layout of grading and buffer tanks based on actual space allocations: Catch is automatically diverted by size into independent buffer tank filled with refrigerated seawater or slurry ice, where pre-processing and preservation are completed synchronously. The system supports regulation of grading-buffer and grading-outfeed, establishing a flexible buffer for downstream processing and significantly enhancing the production line's adaptability to multi-batch and multi-species processing.
High-Efficiency and Low Labor Intensity Quick-Freezing Process
Traditional horizontal quick-freezing relies on loading fish trays, resulting in complex procedural transfers, tray cleaning and the loss during tray ejecting continuously drive up hidden costs, meanwhile batch processing volume is limited. Vertical plate freezing simplifies the feeding through rotating chutes and distribution gates,the catch is compressed directly between heat exchange plates for freezing, completely eliminating the need for fish trays loading and ejecting. This process yields high-density, large-specification frozen blocks, saving process procedures and auxiliary equipment investment, establishing a significant cost advantage for large-scale standardized processing.
Automatic Packaging and Convey System

CB delivers automatic packaging solutions, integrating automatic packers, efficient sealers, and heavy-duty strapping machines. Post-packaging ink-jet coding, labeling, and metal detection work in associating control, ensuring only compliant products are automatically transferred to cold storage with complete traceability.
