Block Ejector BPBE Series
CB semi-automatic block ejector resolves safety risks, heavy labor and high frozen block damage from manual operation, suitable for onshore processing plants and onboard process trawlers.
It adopts pneumatic cushioned push rod ejection with precise mechanical tray locking. Frozen blocks slide to output conveyor by gravity after ejection, while retractable baffles separate empty trays and blocks via dual automatic discharge outputs.
The compact unit only requires manual tray loading，fully automatic ejecting & diversion operation with one button. All parts are 316L stainless steel with saltwater resistant and washable to meet global food hygiene standards. It can run stand alone or links plate freezers and packaging conveyors for full-line automation.
