CB tray washer BPWT-150D addresses drawbacks of manual tray cleaning: heavy labor, inconsistent cleaning results and low circulation efficiency.It features a tunnel continuous spray structure with chain conveyor transporting empty trays. Adjustable side guides align tray’s dimension. Trays pass through a sealed chamber for full-coverage & high-pressure spray cleaning, completing conveying and washing in one step.
Split modular enables compatibility with upstream & downstream conveyors for fully closed-loop automated lines. Fully enclosed chamber with inspection window prevents water splashing. All core components are 316L stainless steel for seawater resistance, complying with global food hygiene standards. Fitted with high-pressure pumps for stable continuous automatic operation to standardize tray cleaning with high efficiency.
