Refrigerated Sea Water Unit
CB Refrigerated Seawater (RSW) Unit is specifically designed for ocean fishing and offshore processing. By integrating compressor, condenser, evaporator, and full internal piping into a skid from factory, it delivers core advantages of "plug-and-play operation, a compact footprint, and rapid site installation," significantly shorten shipbuilding and retrofit cycles.
The system is equipped with a single-stage screw compressor with an inverter motor. All heat exchangers utilize seawater-corrosion-resistant titanium tubes to withstand extreme corrosive marine environments. Featuring an optimized shell-and-tube evaporator, seawater flows through the tubes with high rates and volumes while the refrigerant evaporates efficiently on the shell side, delivering outstanding heat transfer performance.
Offering a wide cooling capacity range from 500 kW to 1,200 kW, the unit fully complies with certifications from major international classification societies. It serves as vital equipment for large trawlers, offshore processing vessels, and live fish carriers.
