Load-Adaptive Screw Compressor Units for Operation Cost Reduction


Conventional refrigeration units run at constant full load, consuming massive power even during factory nighttime shutdowns and low-production periods, leading to high annual power expenditure for refrigeration. Outdated units suffer poor heat exchange efficiency and severe cooling capacity loss, further pushing up electricity costs.

CB adopts capacity-adjustable screw compressor units that automatically adjust output power according to real-time workshop production loads. The units reduce output during low-yield periods and nighttime storage hours to eliminate unnecessary full-load power consumption. Matched with high-efficiency NH3/CO2 heat exchange units, the system achieves greatly improved heat exchange efficiency under low-temperature condition and cuts cooling capacity loss. Compared with conventional DX refrigeration systems, the annual refrigeration electricity bill of the factory is significantly reduced, boosting the factory's annual net profit.

Low-Charge Ammonia-CO₂ Isolated System to Eliminate Potential Safety Hazards

Conventional ammonia refrigeration systems adopt large NH3 charge, and distributed across all warehouse pipelines. NH3 leakage may cause poisoning and explosion risks, forcing factories to bear continuous high costs for safety rectification and explosion-proof renovation, and safety supervision inspections often lead to production shutdowns.

CB applies the mature NH3/CO2 secondary refrigerant solution for large-scale projects. Ammonia medium is only stored centrally in an independent closed machine room, and NH3/CO2 heat exchange units realize medium isolation, while only CO2 circulates inside warehouse areas. The overall NH3 charge of the system is drastically reduced, cutting leakage risks at the source. The complete system is equipped with pressure monitoring, leakage alarm and automatic shutdown protection modules, lowering corporate safety operation & maintenance investment, avoiding production suspension losses caused by safety rectification and guaranteeing continuous safe production in workshops.




Uniform-Temperature Control to Cut Dehydration Weight Loss

Ordinary cold warehouses and quick-freezing rooms feature uneven cold air distribution with local high-temperature dead zones. Slow cooling generates coarse ice crystals that damage food cells, resulting in severe water seepage and dehydration weight loss of products. Fresh food and meat products face large price discounts, which directly compress product profits.

CB supports special air-guided quick-freezing air coolers plus customized diversion plates to force uniform cold air circulation, eliminate indoor temperature dead zones and realize synchronous stable cooling across the whole space with mild and even temperature drop. The system fully retains the meat texture, moisture and freshness of raw materials, effectively reducing dehydration weight loss and deterioration scrap rate during quick-freezing and storage stages.
