Land-Based Refrigeration Systems
Mature Refrigeration Technical Routes for Differentiated Demands
CB provides two mature independent technical routes to match demands of different factory scales and budgets:
Fluorine Refrigeration System Solution: Featuring simple equipment structure, short installation cycle and controllable initial investment, it fits small & medium factories, small slaughter workshops, community central kitchens and small finished-product cold warehouses, meeting basic temperature control requirements for pre-cooling, quick-freezing and storage.
NH3&CO2 Secondary Refrigerant Solution: With lower ammonia charge for higher safety and heat exchange efficiency far exceeding conventional systems, it suits large industries with large-scale continuous production lines and ten-thousand-ton grade low-temperature storage warehouses. It delivers outstanding energy-saving advantages in long-term operation and complies with green environmental standards.
Load-Adaptive Screw Compressor Units for Operation Cost Reduction
Low-Charge Ammonia-CO₂ Isolated System to Eliminate Potential Safety Hazards
Uniform-Temperature Control to Cut Dehydration Weight Loss
Ordinary cold warehouses and quick-freezing rooms feature uneven cold air distribution with local high-temperature dead zones. Slow cooling generates coarse ice crystals that damage food cells, resulting in severe water seepage and dehydration weight loss of products. Fresh food and meat products face large price discounts, which directly compress product profits.
CB supports special air-guided quick-freezing air coolers plus customized diversion plates to force uniform cold air circulation, eliminate indoor temperature dead zones and realize synchronous stable cooling across the whole space with mild and even temperature drop. The system fully retains the meat texture, moisture and freshness of raw materials, effectively reducing dehydration weight loss and deterioration scrap rate during quick-freezing and storage stages.
