CB has innovatively developed an integrated dual-mode temperature control system combining RSW chilling and plate quick freezing. Ocean-going processing trawlers adopt the combined solution of rapid RSW chilling & plate quick-freezing to realize immediate processing and standardized warehousing of catches at sea. Titanium Heat Exchange for RSW, Adaptable to Extreme Marine Condition
CB refrigerated seawater (RSW) units are specially designed for ocean fishing and onboard processing. Compressor, condenser, evaporator and all internal pipelines are fully integrated as factory-build skid, featuring core advantages of plug-and-play, compact footprint and rapid on-site installation, which greatly shortens shipbuilding and refitting cycles.
The skid is equipped with single-stage screw compressor driven by motor with VFD control, and all heat exchangers adopt seawater-corrosion-resistant titanium tubes to withstand extreme high salt corrosive environments. The evaporator adopts optimized shell-and-tube structure; seawater flows at high speed and large flow inside tubes while refrigerant evaporates efficiently outside tubes, delivering outstanding heat exchange performance.
