Vacuum Fish Pump BAPV-D Series
CB Vacuum Fish Pump System for Fish Processing is specially designed for fish transfer in pre-processing stage. It enables efficient fish transfer: lifting fish from fishing vessels to processing plants, or feeding fish from bunkers to processing lines.
It operates on the working principle of “vacuum negative pressure suction and positive-pressure air conveying”. Fish do not contact with moving mechanical parts. With optimized tank and system design, supporting efficient transfer of all types of catch, effectively reducing fish damage and improving product yield.
With different capacity combination and flexible modular equipment layout, the system perfectly fits different application scenarios, including fishing vessels, processing trawlers, and land-based processing plants using caught-fish as raw material. This series is an ideal option to achieve efficient, automated and low-damage transfer for fishing and onboard processing operations.

Product Features
Designed for transfer of various species. Smooth tank surface and flow tunnels minimize physical damage to fish. Tank from 316L stainless steel compatible to harsh seawater environment. Equipped with top level liquidring compressor to ensure reliable and stable operation. Excellent conveying capacity with wide operating range with maximum suction lift up to 8 m, maximum discharge lift up to 15 m. Fitted with high efficiency gaswater separator for effective separation of water from exhaust gas. Variablefrequency drive (VFD) to have flexible conveying flow according to actual processing output and transfer requirements. Automatic control system with convenient local panel operation, and support interaction with remote control system.
