Multi-Stage Recirculating Water Treatment and Intelligent Control System
The system integrates precise physical filtration, high-efficiency biological degradation, and disinfection technologies. Through high recirculation rate and purification, it ensures that metabolic toxins—such as Total Nitrogen (TAN) and nitrites—are consistently maintained at trace level.
Simultaneously, the system incorporates industrial-grade sensors and an automated control to have continuous monitoring and automatic correction for key parameters, including water temperature, salinity, pH, and CO2. This creates a stress-free, premium water quality environment for fish across all growth stages.

Rotary Drum Filter (RDF)
RDF can achieve a solid separation efficiency of over 85%. Equipped with automatic backwashing function. it intercepts large suspended solids right at the source, maximizing the reduction of organic load on downstream bio filter and ensuring optimal overall system energy efficiency.
Protein Skimmer
Precisely strips micro-suspended solid, uneaten feed, and feces from the water before organic waste decomposes into toxic ammonia nitrogen. It effectively prevents the accumulation of soluble protein, reduces water turbidity and humic substance, delivers exceptional water clarity, and stabilizes system pH level.
Biofilter
Combines fine physical filtration with core biological purification functions. Utilizing high-surface-area bio-media, it efficiently converts TAN and nitrites with high nitrification efficiency, serving as the core safeguard for biosecurity throughout the entire lifecycle.
Nano Pure Oxygen High-Efficiency Injection System
Salmonids have exceptionally demands for dissolved oxygen (DO) level and uniform oxygen distribution. CB oxygen system dynamically couples fish biomass, feeding behavior, and water temperature fluctuation to deliver precise, on-demand pure oxygen injection. Integrated with nano-bubble oxygenation technology, gas dissolution efficiency is dramatically enhanced. This ensures that dissolved oxygen across all water layers in the culture tanks remains consistently maintained at optimal saturation or super saturation level, fully activating the metabolic potential of the fish and boosting feed conversion ratio (FCR).
