Refrigeration System on 58.5m Light Falling Net Fishing Vessel
This refrigeration system is designed for a 58.5m ocean-going light falling net fishing vessels operating in South China Sea. The vessel is targeted fishing of phototactic aquatic products such as purpleback flying squid and mackerel scad. This vessels ntegrates fishing, ultra-low-temperature quick freezing and constant-temperature cold storage, it is fully adaptable to rough sea conditions and long-distance ocean voyages, and complies rigorously with process specifications for whole-chain freshness preservation of squid catches.
The vessel has overall length of 58.5m and a molded breadth of 10.8m, it is equipped with low-temperature cold chain system to fulfill the core operational requirements of high-efficiency pelagic fishing and constant-temperature storage & transportation of premium seafood simultaneously.
CB provided low-temperature refrigeration solution for the vessel, including:
* 2 sets of single-stage piston refrigeration units,
* 2 sets of aluminum alloy shelf quick-freezers
* The system is equipped anti-corrosion aluminum alloy refrigeration coils in fish hold, delivering robust resistance to marine salinity, high humidity conditions. It can maintain uniform and stable temperatures throughout the hold fully for rapid freezing and long-term constant-temperature preservation of catches.
This refrigeration system enables independent, precise temperature adjustment across quick-freezing and cold storage, matching freshness requirements during different fishing and storage phases. It effectively cuts cold chain energy consumption and subsequent maintenance costs onboard. Meanwhile, it is aligned with the development philosophy of low carbon, energy conservation, safety and efficiency for pelagic fisheries, the integrated solution greatly enhances the stability and safety of vessel cold chain operations. empowers enterprises competitive advantages in harvesting, cold storage and transportation of premium offshore fish catches.
