As the world’s first selfpropelled enclosed salmon aquaculture vessel (249.9 m LOA, 45 m beam, 132,000 t displacement), Suhai No.1 pioneers the “cruising migratory aquaculture” mode. Featuring 15 aquaculture tanks with a total aquaculture water volume of nearly 90,000 m³, Suhai No.1 achieves a stable annual salmon output of 8,000 tons with an annual output value of approximately 500 million RMB. Serving as a mobile offshore aquaculture factory integrating fry breeding, farming, processing, cold storage and transportation, it functions as a comprehensive offshore aquaculture production base.

Classed by CCS with a Fishing Vessel Inspection Certificate, its salmon meets GB 10136-2015 raw consumption standards and holds HACCP, ISO 22000, and ISO 9001 certifications, filling Chinese premium salmon supply gap.

CB supplied containerized skid oxygen plant to satisfy oxygensupply requirements for highdensity salmon farming onboard the vessel.

CB provided the compete onboard processing system for handling chilledfresh gutted salmon ranging from 2 kg to 7 kg. Live salmon are pumped from tanks for stunning, bleeding, gutting, weighing & grading, boxicing, and packaging. Equipped with CB's BAPV-L vacuum fish pump, Baader stunning and gutting machines, and Marel marine scales. This onboard chilledfresh salmon processing system has been validated through actual production, delivering a replicable standard processing model for salmon processing aboard aquaculture workships.
