Gentle Vacuum Pumping Conveying System
Wild salmon features thin skin and soft, high-fat flesh, making it vulnerable to crushing and bruising during transportation. Furthermore, concentrated tides in offshore ports lead to massive, fluctuating landing volumes, and high-density transfer easily causes product damage.
A vacuum negative-pressure conveying system without mechanical contacting to accommodate high-volume tidal landings, the process utilizes fluid encapsulation to prevent mechanical compression and preserve delicate high-fat flesh textures. System can have flexible piping layout adapts to docks or shore sites with adjustable processing capacity, linking directly to downstream sorting to eliminate manual transfer variances and minimize physical raw material loss from the source.
Multi-Scenario Grading and Buffer Preservation
Short fishing seasons create concentrated processing, resulting in dramatic fluctuations in peak salmon arrivals. Mismatched processing speeds between front and rear sections cause raw materials to pile up and stall, leaving high-fat wild salmon extremely vulnerable to heating, oxidation, and lipid browning.
Integrating RSW and flake ice combination chilling technologies, CB implements temperature control by zone for different salmon sizes, achieving rapid chilling and constant-temperature reservation management. The system effectively cushions incoming material fluctuations, optimizes production speed, reduces fat oxidation, and preserves the fish freshness. Additionally, its layout enhances space utilization to meet full-process requirements on port location.
Adaptive Fully Automatic H&G System
Wild salmon vary greatly in size and spinal muscle structure, making manual heading and gutting extremely labor-intensive. High-intensity, repetitive work easily reduces product yield, while residual blood and visceral remnants in the cavity can cause secondary contamination.
With adaptive body-parameter automation for heading and gutting, the equipment accommodates the natural physical variations of wild salmon. It precisely locates cutting points to maximize the premium flesh and improve raw material yield. Standardized, enclosed operations eliminate cross-contamination, while the robust design adapts to humid environment to deliver standardized, cleaned-cavity raw material.
Maximize Utilizing Hi-Value By-Product
During the migration period, wild salmon roe has high economic value, but due to multiple species, significant individual variations, non-standard abdominal shapes, and tight adhesion between viscera and the abdominal wall, manual roe extraction easily punctures the gall bladder, resulting in widespread bile contamination, meanwhile it is difficult to ensure roe integrity.
Employing equipment designed for wild salmon, the system optimizes a fully continuous evisceration logic that adaptively accommodates non-standard wild body shapes. It utilizes dual-channel separation to collect high-value by-products such as livers and roe, while clearing bloodlines and cavity congestion to block the oxidation and spoilage in high-fat salmon.
High-End Product Special Freezing System
Utilizing high-efficiency quick-freezing technology to rapidly cross the maximum ice crystal formation zone, the system prevents the growth of large ice crystals and preserves the cellular structure of high-fat muscle tissue to minimize drip loss. The deep-freezing process locks in original freshness and natural color while extending shelf life and meeting global export standards for frozen seafood.
CB's premium quick-freezing system applies customized single-freezing configuration based on individual size, matching specific freezing temperature and duration. This thoroughly resolves freezing quality discrepancies caused by different body shapes of wild salmon, ensuring uniform freezing and consistent quality across entire batch, perfectly matching high-volume, multi-specification centralized processing conditions during peak season.
