Land-Based Slurry Ice System
On-land processing plants, particularly seafood and poultry facilities, require rapid pre-chilling for raw materials and finished goods during production, steady low-temperature conditions for storage and transit. The land based slurry ice system provides variable-concentration slurry ice for different scenarios: 30–40% concentration for rapid product pre-chilling; 50–70% slurry ice and pure ice crystals for cold preservation in storage and transit. It achieves full-process temperature control, lowers labor costs of traditional ice usage, optimizes plant workflows, upgrades processing technologies and ensures long-term stable product quality.

Product Features
Adopts brine to produce slurry ice the Slurry Ice Unit. Storage tank constructed from food-grade resin with polyurethane insulation. Modular equipment design enables easy installation and flexible layout, reducing equipment layout restrictions. Slurry ice can be pre-produced and stored in the Ice Crystal Storage ASIS. On demand, the ice crystals can be extracted and mixed with water to prepare variable-concentration slurry ice for production. Pipeline & pumping delivery of slurry ice of various concentrations to all ice consumption points within the plant. Integrated control realize fully automatic system operation. Easy to operate and maintain.
