The unit utilizes Mayekawa semi-hermetic screw compressor, with an internal oil separator and suction filter. Two-stage compression significantly improves energy efficiency under ultra-low temperature operating conditions. The unit is specifically optimized for extreme sea conditions, such as high-salt corrosion and severe vessel pitch and roll, and with a compact footprint and quick installation. Capable of stable operation in ultra-low temperature conditions, it has been widely used in tuna longline fishing vessels with shelf quick-freezers and ultra-low temperature tube heat exchangers, demonstrating its excellent system integration and deep-sea operation technology.

Product Features
The rotor features a high-precision asymmetrical tooth design, utilizing highly reliable slide valve and load solenoid valves to achieve 50%/100% energy regulation, flexibly handling light-load start-up and full-load cooling conditions. Integrated design of a semi-hermetic motor, oil separator, and intake filter, achieving minimizing structure. High-precision rolling bearings are used, pump-free adaptive oil supply with differential pressure. An external independent oil tank effectively buffers the dynamic balance of the system's oil volume, providing a stable oil supply even in harsh sea conditions. Motor cooling can be configured with either water cooling or refrigerant cooling, offering two independent design options as needed. Simplified operation and maintenance reduces reliance on manual labor and the risk of miss-operation; data is directly transmitted to the control room, enabling efficient and transparent vessel refrigeration management.
