Shelf Quick Freezer
CB Shelf Quick Freezer features industry-level aluminum alloy plate evaporators. with a dual-action quick freezing mechanism of "direct contact conduction + forced-air circulation," it provides high efficiency and productivity into ocean fishing and seafood processing.
The system efficiently conducts cooling directly through the aluminum plates while using ultra-low temperature axial fan to have blasting. This significantly accelerates the freezing speed of products, achieving rapid, uniform freezing and drastically shortening freeze cycles.
The product allows fish from various sizes and specifications to be placed into corresponding independent freezers with different set freezing time. This enables refined, categorized quick freezing, maximizing overall processing efficiency and the fresh-locking value of the catch.
