Crate Unstacker BPFU-V
The Crate unstacker is available in multiple configurations: single-in single-out for 5-stack Crates, single-in double-out, double-in single-out, single-stack separator and double-stack separator. Crate separating capacity: 800–2,400 Crates per hour, suitable for slaughtering throughput ranging from 3,000 bph to 16,000 bph.
The Crate unstacker has two mainstream structures: upper-layer Crate unloading and lower-layer Crate unloading. It can be flexibly selected according to workshop ceiling height, site layout and production capacity. Equipped with an intelligent electric control system, the machine supports one-key start/stop and automatic cyclic operation, enabling automatic connection with the receiving line.
