Crate stacker BPFS-V
The Crate stacker is mainly used for automatic sorting and stacking of poultry Crates after washing, replacing the traditional manual Crate stacking operation. Equipped with pneumatic lifting and clamping devices, the machine features convenient installation and simple maintenance. It is compatible with various standard poultry Crate sizes and can be connected with Crate unloaders and Crate washers to form a fully automatic receiving line.
The Crate stacker automatically carries out conveying, positioning and layer-by-layer stacking of poultry Crates. A maximum of 10 layers can be stacked in each neat pile. It operates smoothly with low noise, and the gentle pushing action prevents Crate damage.
