Water Stunner BPFE-032

The heads of live poultry are submerged in an electrified water bath to stun the birds as electric current flows through their brains. Electric connectivity is established between the earthed conductive bars and the conductive bars fitted inside the water bath. By optimally setting the current, voltage and resistance, the system can quickly stun live poultry into an unconscious state.

The water bath high-frequency electrical stunner handles broilers and turkeys within a weight range of 300 g to 25 kg. The electric stunning system can be supplied with different effective stunning lengths to suit diverse production capacities.
