Multihead Weigher BPWM-V

The multi-head combination weigher handles irregularly shaped materials with significant single-unit weight deviation. Utilizing high-speed computer combinatorial algorithms, it automatically calculates optimal material combinations to reach the target bag weight. Designed with an annular radial multi-channel layout, the equipment integrates weighing sensors, stepper motor drive systems and a PLC controller.

With distributed weighing and mathematical combination logic, the multi-head weigher eliminates the low-efficiency working principle of conventional single-head weighers that repeatedly approach the target value.
