Spiral Chiller BPCW-H
The spiral chiller is equipped with an air agitation system to eliminate temperature stratification of carcasses and improve heat exchange efficiency. Featuring a unique counter-current heat exchange design and intelligent variable-frequency propulsion system, the equipment moves and thoroughly tumbles poultry carcasses forward inside the pre-chilling tank, enabling uniform ice-water bathing for every poultry carcass.
Single-section or multi-section cascaded units are available to accommodate processing capacities of 1,000 bph to 13,500 bph. Fabricated entirely from SUS304 stainless steel, the equipment is corrosion-resistant, easy to sanitize and fully complies with food hygiene requirements.
