Feather Press
CB Feather Press adopts continuous screw pressing technology to have efficient dewater for wet feathers, significantly reducing moisture content and creating optimal process condition for subsequent hydrolysis and drying. The equipment is designed to process fresh wet feathers from slaughtering lines as well as preprocessing feathers. With a high-strength stainless steel body and wear-resistant screen structure, it enables continuous conveying, pressing, and dewatering of feathers, ensuring efficient processing even for fine feathers. By reducing the moisture load in downstream processes, the Feather Press effectively lowers steam consumption and processing time, improving overall production efficiency and energy utilization.
