CB Marine Oxygen System (BASO) is purposed for marine condition，using compressed air as source, adopting PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen‑generation process to deliver stable high‑purity oxygen of 93%±3%. Coupled with high‑efficiency dissolved‑oxygen mixing devices, it can achieve ultra‑high oxygen dissolution efficiency in seawater. It realizes high oxygen‑supply demands for high‑density fish in offshore closed aquaculture and well boat applications.
CB has extensive expertise in fluid & control technology we integrate air compression, filtration, drying and PSA generator into factory‑built skid or containerized solution This greatly shortens on‑board installation time and reduces equipment room footprint.

Product Features
Equipped with global brand air compressor to guarantee high reliability and excellent energy efficiency under long term continuous marine operation. Combining refrigerated dryer and adsorption dryer, even under extreme humidity (RH 90%), can achieve atmospheric pressure dew point < 40 °C. It supplies extremely dry and clean air to PSA and significantly extends service life. Large oxygen output capacity up to 100 kg/h (70 Nm³/h). High purity oxygen output: PSA delivers stable and efficient high purity of 93±3%. Adjustable output pressure, compatible with downstream oxygen dissolving devices and oxygenation requirements at different water depths. Optional containerized skid: complete system from factory. It complies with ocean transportation regulation and enables plug and play installation. Comply with marine standards, resistant to vibration, anti-swing and salt spray corrosion. Support local touch screen operation and remote centralized control. The system can seamlessly interface with vessel central control system.
