The RSW / low-temperature brine heat exchange skid, specifically designed for the confined spaces of fishing vessel and the complex sea environments of high salinity and humidity. The skid integrates RSW heat exchanger with low-temperature brine cooling heat exchanger.
It features stable dual-medium of heat exchange output: simultaneously handles both RSW and low-temperature brine, adapting to different process requirements.
It has a compact, integrated design: the stacked design avoids occupying space and complex piping, fitting the confined space of fishing vessels.
It is adaptable to various vessel types and operating conditions: compatible with various deep-sea fishing vessels such as crab fishing and tuna purse seiner, meeting the different cooling process requirements for different types of aquatic products.

Product Features
Specifically developed for the high-intensity pre-cooling and brine freezing needs of fishing vessels, perfectly adapting to the harsh operating sea conditions and limited space. The heat exchange tubes are made of titanium, eliminating seawater corrosion, ensuring the long-term reliability of the heat exchanger in harsh marine environments. It can simultaneously or independently and stable output -1°C RSW and -20°C low-temperature brine, achieving multi-purpose functionality. Employs high-precision liquid supply valve assemblies and control components top level brands, ensuring excellent response speed and control accuracy under complex sea conditions. Equipped with a gas-liquid separator and a high-precision liquid level sensor, it achieves effective control of the refrigerant level, completely eliminating the risk of compressor liquid suction and ensuring safe and stable system operation. The evaporator integrates a high-efficiency oil return mechanism, ensuring smooth return of oil to the compressor and maintaining good heat exchange efficiency. The overall structure is optimized, the equipment, pipelines and valves are arranged in a reasonable location, and the operation is convenient and easy to maintain.
