Beyond Cold Chain has ushered in a milestone project-NH3/CO₂ refrigeration system for 270,000 broilers of Linyi Taihe Food Co., Ltd!
By the end of 2020, the weather in Linyi, Shandong Province was extremely cold, but at the Taihe project site, 110 Beyond cold chain team members were enthusiastic and stayed up all night. Due to the epidemic situation, the arrival date of many imported equipment has been delayed. Beyond Cold Chain should not only strictly implement the quality standard of its partner, Mayekawa Company of Japan, but also adjust the construction plan in time to work overtime to ensure the construction period. After three months' hard work day and night, we worked together with our customers and finally completed the task that many people thought was impossible! Too Food has once again set a new record for the speed of building factories in the industry!
The project was jointly designed by Beyond Cold Chain and Mayekawa Corporation of Japan, and Mayekawa of Japan participated in the process management of the project, and Beyond Cold Chain was responsible for its implementation. The users require the world advanced level as the goal, and the concept of low carbon, energy saving and environmental protection, which is highly consistent with the positioning of Beyond and Mayekawa. It includes low-temperature quick freezing, refrigeration, workshop air conditioning, process ice/red water, heat pump system, heat recovery system, etc. It is a comprehensive solution of cold and heat system. The automation degree of this project is also very high, and there are few projects of this scale in the world. The main products of refrigeration compressor unit, air cooler, heat exchanger, valve and control system in this project all adopt the world's top brands.

◆NH3/CO₂ refrigeration system with ammonia as refrigerant and CO₂ as refrigerant is safe, environment-friendly and efficient.
◆Extremely low ammonia filling capacity, the ammonia filling capacity of the system is only 10 tons, which is only 1/4~1/5 of the ammonia filling capacity of projects of the same scale.
◆Many temperature conditions, high comprehensive ability requirements, refrigeration, heating, heat recovery and so on involve eight temperature conditions.
◆With large installed capacity, the installed refrigeration capacity exceeds 7000kw.
◆Combine the cold and hot demand of poultry slaughtering and processing, deep optimization of the system, advanced cold recovery design, three-stage heat recovery system, and comprehensively adopt optimization measures such as frequency conversion and soft start-up.
◆According to the design concept of Mayekawa Company of Japan, the advanced automation control system is more friendly and advanced compared with the automation operation of other projects in the same industry.
◆Mayekawa engineers from Japan participated in the whole process management of the project, including scheme design, site construction, process control and system debugging.
