The tube ice has the characteristics of accurate shape, large cold storage capacity, and no added salt and other impurities, so that the tube ice is mixed with the incoming water of the original system, and the energy released will reduce the cold water entering the fresh milk workshop's paste line from 8 °C to 1 °C.


The ice water of this scheme is transported to the point of use through the pipeline closest to the pasteurization line, so that the inlet water temperature is 1°C, which meets the production requirements.At the same time, it can produce a large amount of tube ice for storage at night when the power supply is the least, which can achieve the effect of off-peak energy saving, safety, energy saving, power saving, and stability requirements.
